NWP mayoral candidate Ken Armstrong issued a media release last week regarding the possibility of New Westminster putting a question on the October 15 civic ballot regarding the 2030 Olympic bid. Armstrong would like residents in our city to have a say regarding whether we support Metro Vancouver playing host to another Olympic and Paralympic Games.
